ART SHOW FRIDAY- Opening Night 25th October signup sheet
The Art Show each year requires volunteers in order to run a smooth event for the community.
Friday night is opening night.
All volunteers are required to wear black attire and will be supplied with an Art & Design show lanyard on check in. All instructions will be given at check in on the night. Please check the times listed and report to the conference room for check in.
Volunteers will receive free entry for the evening and will be supplied with a soft drink and offered food.
All shifts must be covered for this event to run smoothly so team up with a friend and enjoy the night together.
Alcohol should not be consumed until after you have completed your volunteer shift.
