Each year the Flagstaff Elks Lodge coordinates with FUSD nurses to identify children in need during the holiday season. We take up to 120 children (ages Kindergarten-Middle School) on a holiday shopping spree at either Walmart or Target.
We need individual volunteers to pick up the children at their homes at 7:30am, shop with them, come back to the Elks Lodge for breakfast with Santa & gift giving then lastly take the children home about 1pm. This is an incredible opportunity to bring holiday cheer to kids in our community. It takes upwards of 150 people to make this event happen. Please sign up for one or more volunteer opportunities:
Volunteers needed for:
Wrapping Gifts for roughly 120 children - Nov 27th, Nov 29th and Nov 30th from 5-7pm
Hosting and shopping with one Child in need this holiday season - Dec 2nd from 7:30am-1pm
Set up and hosting of Breakfast with Santa at the Elks Lodge - Dec 2nd from 9am-1pm
