2025 ÉGSS Christmas Bazaar - Dec 8th signup sheet

On Monday, December 8th, we’ll be hosting our annual Christmas Bazaar — a favourite among students, parents, and volunteers alike!

This event is such a joy for the kids — they love choosing special gifts for their families, and it’s always a heartwarming day. To make it all happen, we need lots of volunteer help!

Here’s where we need you:

Set-Up: Sunday afternoon, December 7th

During the Bazaar: Help with wrapping, keeping tables stocked, and assisting students while they shop.

Clean-Up: Pack up leftover items, store materials in the outdoor gym storage, and load vehicles for donation drop-offs. (Your kids are welcome to help once school is out!)

Donation Runs: We’re also looking for a few people to make thrift store drop-offs after the event. Items must be delivered before 4pm or the following day.

Storage Help: Moving collected items into the outdoor gym storage before the event.

Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and older siblings (from HTA) are welcome to volunteer too — just note that parents must arrange their transportation.
