ROUND 2 2025/26 HOT LUNCH VOLUNTEERS signup sheet

Thank you for your interest in helping with Hot Lunch at Peace Arch! Our Hot Lunch Program is one of our main fundraisers, and requires many parent volunteers to make the magic happen! Each week we have many roles to fill:

POD SUPERVISORS - 5 PARENTS - 11:40am - 12:25pm (45 mins.)
Parent volunteers in each POD responsible for:
- 11:40am-12:05pm: Parent volunteers oversee student lunch monitors distributing lunches in all classrooms in the POD. Parents should ensure that only lunch monitor students are entering buildings during this time, and that lunches are being distributed correctly and in a timely fashion in all classrooms. In the event there is a discrepancy, PARENT VOLUNTEERS should return to the PAC kitchen to speak with the hot lunch leader.
- 12:05pm-12:25pm: All students come in from playing outside to eat lunch. Trouble-shoot any discrepancies as needed. Help open milk cartons, etc. Ensure empty HL bins are returned to the PAC kitchen. **NOTE** Neither the office NOR the PAC kitchen have extra cutlery.

HOT LUNCH ASSISTANT - 2 PARENTS - Times Vary, Approx 11:00am-1:00pm (2 hours)
- Help the Hot Lunch Leader distribute food and drinks into each division's hot lunch bin so that it is ready when lunch monitors come to pick up.
- We're looking for a few more parents to help out with the Hot Lunch Leader role on Fridays. If you're interested in learning more before you sign up, please email the volunteer coordinator at PeaceArchPAC.Volunteers@gmail.com OR the Hot Lunch Program Coordinators at PeaceArchHotLunch@gmail.com.
