2025 Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show signup sheet

This is the signup for the 2025 Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show from February 12th to February 16th! This year we will be having both a booth and the trout pond. Please sign up based on the area you're intending to spend most of your time in. This is only for planning, and you are more than welcome to go between the booth and pond. You may sign up for as many sessions as you would like. Below are descriptions of what the volunteers do in the booth and the trout pond.

Booth Volunteers: responsibilities include selling raffle tickets, talking to patrons, and recruiting new members. The sportsmen's show is our club's main chance for the year to recruit new members and raise money for our scholarship funds. Please do not feel intimidated if you are a newer member. We will have flyers to hand out so you don't have to know everything about the club. Have fun, sell raffle tickets, and talk to people about why you joined the MAH.

Trout Pond Volunteers: responsibilities include assisting kids as they catch fish, baiting hooks, resetting the pond between groups (making sure bait, bags, etc. are around the pond), retying hooks and more.
