Book Area - Saturday, December 19, 2026 signup sheet
Help children find a book to take home on Giveaway Day!
Volunteers in the Book Area will help children select a book, keep the tables organized, and replenish books throughout the event as needed.
Please avoid placing all available books on the tables at once. Keeping a smaller selection displayed makes choosing a book less overwhelming, especially for younger children.
Each child may select ONE book. Volunteers near the exit will help ensure each child leaves with one book.
Adults with very young children ages 0-3 may enter the Book Area to assist them. Children who are able to select and read a book independently should do so on their own.
The final shift will also help pack and organize any remaining books at the end of the event.
