Federal Election 3rd May 2025 signup sheet
On Saturday, 3rd May, Safety Bay Primary School P&C will host a Sausage Sizzle and Bake sale Fundraising Stall at the Safety Bay Primary School Polling Booth.
The polling booths will be open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and our stall will run from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Volunteers are required from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please register below for your availability and thank you again for your support in 2025.
The bake sale stall will be held alongside the sausage sizzle. We need volunteers and baked goods. Baked goods registration is on a separate signup sheet due to the required disclaimer:

In addition to volunteering and donating baked goods, the bake sale signup will also include opportunities to donate items towards the sausage sizzle. Every bit helps!
Year 6 Volunteers: Year 6 students are encouraged to volunteer and contribute to this event.
Important Notes:
* The AEC will have exclusive use of the undercover area in front of the staffroom and the staffroom itself.
* Volunteers should use hand sanitiser during food prep. Gloves must be changed when moving between handling cash and food.
* Please wear sunscreen and a hat, and bring an apron for service.
* When lifting or handling equipment, please ensure you use proper lifting techniques. If you’re unsure, ask your shift supervisor for guidance.
