MENPS Cultural Festival - 7 June signup sheet
The PTA is excited to invite you to be a vital part of our annual Cultural Festival. This vibrant afternoon celebrates the diverse cultures within our school community, featuring cultural performances, activities and delicious food.
To make this special event a success for our tamariki, we need your wonderful support!
If you've been to or helped at the fair before this event will be similar to this with food stalls, fun activities and performances.
To run this fundraising and community event we need your help! Please sign up for a slot to help at a stall on the day while your kids enjoy all of the entertainment of offer.

Festival set up - Helpers will be putting up up gazebos, moving equipment, putting up signs, moving tables and chairs to stalls, helping to carry stuff, looking for any unfinished preparations, trouble shooting etc.

Waste management - This is a very important job as we strive to be more environmentally conscious and improve our waste management practices at MENPS. Both adults and children are encouraged to sign up together and help festival attendees to identify which bins to put their rubbish in. Meet on the court by the bins.

First aid - Please be our medically qualified person on site - for 90 mins per person. You would be on call if there is first aid needed that can’t be treated with a plaster etc. If you are already on site helping with a stall then we’d like to have you on call for that time.
