We are so glad you made the decision to help us as a volunteer at LearningSCAPES Conference 2022. Volunteers are an essential part of the success of LearningSCAPES, and we cannot do it without YOU! Working together, we can make sure the event experience is a great one for all! We appreciate your time and commitment, contributing to the success of LearningSCAPES.
There are several opportunities to volunteer to assist in San Antonio. You are welcome to serve for as many as you wish, and we encourage you to sign up for more than one slot if you can.
As a small staff, we depend on our wonderful volunteers to enhance the LearningSCAPES experience.
Bag Stuffing: Volunteers will assist staff in compiling the attendee conference bags with items from our sponsors and conference gifts. These shifts are 2 hours each.
Registration Desk: You can assist at the registration desk by assisting other attendees with questions, directions around the property, printing badges and providing the A4LE staff with support and short breaks.
Session/Workshop Monitor/Scanner: The volunteers for these shifts are those who are planning on attending a particular session/workshop. Your role will be to scan each person's badge as they enter the session, to ensure credit CEU's for attending. We will need 1 person for each session. These shifts are the duration of the session.
Keynote/Super Session Scanning: Like the session/workshop scanning for CEU and attendance tracking. The shifts for this are the duration of the sessions and we need 5-7 volunteers.
Facility Tours: Volunteers for tours will be assisting with verifying tour sign up, badge scanning for CEU’s and directing attendees to the correct tour bus and assist with loading. These shifts are approximately 1/2 hour prior to the tour departure time and are complete once tours depart.

Again, thank you for volunteering!
