Score Keeping - Timing - Judging Tables 2026 signup sheet

Score Keepers - PLEASE NOTE THESE POSITIONS ARE VITAL AND A COMPETITION CAN NOT START WITHOUT THEM. THE SESSION WILL START WHILE THE PREVIOUS SESSION IS AT AWARDS - PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR CHILD IS STILL IN AWARDS YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE TO START - PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
Description: Score keepers are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift and check in with the volunteer table. You will be asked to enter the scores from the judges into the scoring tablet. Training will be given at the table by a judge.
Please be aware that everything spoken between the judges is confidential and you are to be unbiased and non judgmental when performing the task of inputting scores. Judges are very friendly and love to talk, please refrain from asking questions about athletes, skills etc.

Score keepers and Timers are asked to tidy up and reset the judging table at the end of the session (so that it looks like it did when you arrived)

Location: After checking in with the volunteer desk waiting in the lobby until told where to go for your shift
