Arrive a little before 2pm.
Open both servery windows and have money containers ready (plenty in the kitchen) for the children to put their money into.
Two lamington fingers are 50c. (They will generally have the correct money) Limit of 4 per child.
Remember to give change and wear gloves/use tongs.
The sale process lasts no more than 15 minutes
Sort the money into a zip log bag and take to the office.
