2026 PUMPKIN FEST VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

Window of Time Volunteers Are Needed: Week Of, Day of, Week After
Pumpkin Fest is Downtown Statesville's longest running event. This year we celebrate our 23rd Annual Pumpkin Fest! This large, jam-packed with fun event, is not possible without volunteers. Pumpkin Fest is a full day 10 AM until 6 PM brimming with something for everyone and features the areas finest arts & crafts, music, entertainment, community stage, family fun activities, food and beverage.
Volunteers should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., (a few positions require up to 70 lbs.) walk and/or stand for long periods of time and throughout downtown. Some positions require sitting for long periods of time. Please reach out if you have questions about the volunteer positions listed below: (704) 878-3436.
Perks for volunteers soon to be announced! It's not too early to sign up! Those of you who have helped with Pumpkin Fest know the drill and the fun to be had volunteering at Pumpkin Fest.
