Friday - collect tables and chairs from Irish Festival Shed at Civic Green and deliver to St Pat's. Ute or trailer useful but not essential - we will need people power as well.

Saturday - general set up. Signage, equipment out, gazebo set up, etc.

Sunday - returning tables and chairs to Civic Green, loading bins onto trailer ready for return, general pack up around school - signage down, equipment stowed away, etc.
