IMPOWER's Family Volunteer Day signup sheet

IMPOWER is excited to host our first Family Volunteer Day! Family Fun Day is a quarterly opportunity for families to engage with one another and have fun while supporting the community. You will spend the day doing fun activities, learning a bit about our mission – but most importantly making an difference for the clients we serve!

This quarter we will be making birthday cards and birthday boxes for youth residing at The Grove, our substance abuse treatment program for teens ages 13-17. With your help and creativity, we can make sure that every youth feels celebrated during a time when they are not able to be with family or friends.

With your volunteer efforts you can help make their special day - special!

*Details:
When: June 15, 2019 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Where: 111 W Magnolia Ave, Longwood FL 32750. We reside in the yellow Victorian house. There will be signs outside to guide you.

Special Instructions:
Ages: 8-17.Minimum age is 8. Children and youth must be accompanied by an adult. Limit is (2) kids per adult.
Waiver: A waiver form will need to be signed by all volunteers before engaging in activities.
Dress Code: Please dress appropriately and bring either a light jacket or sweater since we will be in our conference room.
Capacity: We are able to accomodate no more than 21 people.

*Snacks and water will be provided.
