2025 SpringsFest Event Volunteer Sign-Up
The Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce is hosting SpringFest 2025 in Downtown Holly Springs on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10a-4p. The festival will include vendors, food trucks and beer samples, live music/entertainment, kids area, and a car show. Last year's event drew over 10,000 people and we are expecting even more this time. That said, we are in need of volunteers to help us in various areas throughout the duration of the event, including setup and breakdown. Please see below for the roles we are searching for and sign-up for any that interest you. Also, please feel free to share this with anyone you know who would be interested or needs volunteer hours. Event Setup: General setup needs (putting together trash boxes with liner bags, setting up Chamber booth, etc. / Vendors (helping them locate their booths and aiding them with vehicle unloading and possible setup) / Food trucks (directing them into designated location) / Kids Area (helping with setup of inflatables and games, etc.) / Car Show (aid with marking parking spots, material handouts, directing cars to park in their designated spot), etc.

Event Breakdown: Vendors (helping them load their vehicles, possible aiding with breakdown of their booths and departure / Food trucks (directing them out of designated location to exit event) / Kids Area (helping breakdown inflatables and games, etc.) / Car Show (aid with directing cars towards event exit), trash collection, pick-up and removal, breakdown Chamber tent, etc.
