Recipient Admission Station - Saturday, December 19, 2026 signup sheet
Help welcome families and keep the admission process organized on Giveaway Day!
Volunteers at the Recipient Admission Station will greet families and help prepare them to move through the event.
Each child receives a red wristband. ONE adult from each family receives a green wristband, which will be redeemed for a food bag. Wristbands should be loose enough to be cut off later, but secure enough that they will not fall off.
An accurate count of ALL adults and children entering the event must also be maintained. Please do not use the number of wristbands to determine attendance, since not every adult receives one.
Volunteers in this area may also provide Spanish-language assistance and prepare bags for Family Hosts, depending on the position selected.
