Graceville Long Lunch Set Up and Pack Down signup sheet
The Graceville Long Lunch is one of our club’s biggest fundraising events of the year, and it takes a real team effort to make it happen. Many hands make light work, so if you can spare a couple of hours on Friday and Saturday for Set Up or Sunday for Pack Down, we’d greatly appreciate your help. Every volunteer makes a difference and helps ensure the event is a success for our rugby community!
There will be lots of jobs that anyone and everyone can help out with, including: stocking cold rooms, arranging table decor, setting up and taking down marquees, tables, chairs and umbrellas. One of the organisers will allocate you a task on arrival.
