Event Management signup sheet

St. Philip's is hosting its first End of Summer Block Party Saturday, Aug. 24. The event will run 4-10 p.m. Your participation as a volunteer will be crucial to the event's success and should be fun, too! Event Please consider signing up for multiple shifts. Event/Grounds Managment Staff will work inside and out to make sure equipment is set up and cleanliness is maintained. This will be a great opportunity to earn service hours. (Service hours will be reported directly to the school.) Please contact Maryhelen Chadwick at mhchadwick@stphilipsbemidji.org or by cell at 218-407-4682. Volunteers, go to https://www.crookston.org/secertification to complete Safe Environment Certification. Please note: Mrs. Norgaard will coordinate 8th Grade Volunteers. Credits refer to hours earned for those seeking to fulfill volunteer hour requirements.
