Help Needed with Weekly Haymaker Market Resets! signup sheet

We need volunteers to help break down Hobbs Hall on Fridays in preparation for the indoor Haymaker Farmers Markets as well as volunteers to reset the space on Saturday afternoons when their rental ends!

Friday Mornings at 9:30am- All chairs and tables should be removed from the main social hall in Hobbs. Chairs can be stacked neatly in the closet as well as in the temporarily in the nursery (they *must* be removed before Sunday). Tables can be stored in their rolling carts in the closet. The piano remains in place. The podium can be stored along the wall.

Saturday afternoons at 2pm: The carpet must be vacuumed and the vinyl flooring swept. Tables and chairs must be moved back to the social hall so the room is ready the next day for Adult RE/Coffee Hour. 5 tables with 5-6 chairs go in the back by the kitchen for coffee hour and 5 tables with 5-6 chairs are placed around the room on the carpet for RE. Occasionally there will be a special setup for Sunday that we are asked to do but that would be communicated ahead of time.
