Before you make your selections, we kindly request that you have read the descriptions for each volunteer role and are aware of what is required for the shift you sign up for. Members will not have the ability to edit their selections after the form has been submitted so to avoid additional work for LMHA, please review your choices carefully. Thank you in advance!

TIMEKEEPERS MUST KNOW HOW TO RUN THE CLOCK AT GPRC. SCOREKEEPERS MUST KNOW HOW TO USE HISPORTS AND BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE. JERSEY WASHERS MUST COORDINATE RETURN OF THE JERSEYS WITH YOUR DIVISION MANAGER.

All Timekeeper and Scorekeeper shifts are scheduled to start and end 15 minutes before / after the scrimmage ice time. Please ensure you check in/out for all shifts at the start and end times listed for your shift.

Please do not sign up as HCSP (Hockey Canada Safety Person) unless you are fully certified. If you are not sure, please email info@langleyminorhockey.ca and allow 48 hours for a response.

If for whatever reason, you are unable to make your volunteer shift, you are responsible to cover your shift and inform your Division Manager of the switch.
