2022 HooptieX Arizona Volunteer Signup

THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT - Friday May 6th and Saturday May 7th, 2022

Volunteer shift is for one half-day Friday or Saturday. Shifts are from 2pm-7pm Friday or 2pm-7pm Saturday. If you want to ALSO RACE, you will get a half price discount. If you want to race Friday, sign up for Saturday volunteer shift, or race Saturday and volunteer Friday.

FRIDAY VOLUNTEER MEETING at 1:30pm sharp on Friday near start line. SATURDAY VOLUNTEER MEETING at 1:30pm on Saturday near start line. NOTE: If you are signing up for TECH or ENTRY meet Chuck near start line earlier if possible (1:00-1:15), we will need you up and running before the rest of the crew.

Bring snacks, water, chairs, canopy, etc to your stations if you wish. We will have food available nearby also. You may bring someone with you to your station but access to and from your station will be extremely limited during race. All stations will have vehicle access and spot to park off track. You may stay in your car due to weather but YOU MUST keep your eyes up on course. YOU ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO TAKE AS MANY PICS/VIDS AS YOU CAN. MAKE US FEEL LIKE HEROES!!
