Things to remember...
1. The 'Open' column shows the number of available spaces in that session. To join a session, click anywhere on the row.
2. By signing up, you are allocating yourself to that session - you should receive an email from VolunteerSignUp to confirm your submission. Ahead of your session you will receive an email from the Council - this will act as your confirmation and will provide any other details you need to know.
3. The system is set to close a session when it reaches the number of volunteers required, plus 1 reserve. The reserve will be the last person to complete sign up to that session and may not be required to attend.
4. Please read the dates and times carefully.
5. You are signing up to help with marshalling and guiding patients around one of sites listed above. If the session is not clearly marked as INDOOR it will be an outdoor session.
6. Please note that Woodhatch ask that you complete a lateral flow test before attending indoor sessions to ensure you are negative.
