2026 - Bag Check @ Gran Fondo - Saturday July 4 signup sheet

Badlands Pride Association will offer a bag check at the Grand Fondo Badlands - welcoming 2,000 bike riders into Drumheller. The funds raised provide a significant boost to support Pride 2027 and year-round community events.

FRIDAY - During race kit pick up (4 - 8pm) riders have the option to pre-purchase a bag check tag, making drop-off smoother on Saturday/ride day.

SATURDAY - The bag check will take place at the Badlands Community Facility (6am - 4pm) where water and snacks will be available. Your job will be to take the money, tag the bag with the provided tags, put it in the predetermined order, watch the bags, and return the bag with the receipt of the tag. Leads, your only extra duty is to problem solve should they arise. Detailed instructions will be provided on-site and emailed prior to the event.

Participants will be nervous, excited, exhausted, and more. We’re there to provide a quick and easy service, adding value to the event and making Drumheller a good time.
