2023 Spectrum: Decorations signup sheet

TRANSPORT:
Assist with moving Spectrum Decorations from a second floor storage room at Stagg to the PAC Lobby and PAC. Items to be moved include:
*6 x 4' lighted trees in ceramic bases
*3 x gold wired/lighted deers "The deer family"
*2 x lawn sleighs
*2 x 6' Christmas Trees (in boxes)
*2 x 4'x4' boxes of hanging art display "presents"
*2 x 7' Ceramic Nutcrackers
*8-10 x Large Storage Bins (smaller decor)
*1 x Electric Fire Place
*4 x 3' Wreaths
This role is simply to move the items out of storage and place them in the PAC lobby and theater. Setup of decorations will occur at a later date. Volunteers should wear active clothing that they don't mind getting dusty/dirty. **Volunteers should also be strong / fit enough to be lifting and carrying large, heavy and bulky items up and down sets of stairs as there is no elevator available.**

SETUP:
Assist with setting up the extensive decorations throughout the PAC Lobby. Volunteers should wear active clothing that they don't mind getting dusty/dirty. Priorities include:
*Placing of 6 x 4' lighted trees in ceramic bases
*Placing & lighting of 3 x gold wired/lighted deers "The deer family"
*Placing & lighting of 2 x lawn sleighs
*Unboxing & placing of 2 x 6' Christmas Trees (in boxes)
*Unboxing & placing of 2 x 7' Ceramic Nutcrackers
*Unboxing & placing of 1 x Electric Fire Place
*Movement of all boxes & bubble wrap to temporary storage location (for week of Spectrum)
If these tasks are completed, additional setup needs include:
*Unboxing & hanging of 8 hanging art display case "presents" with Christmas Trees
*Adding lights, ornaments & tinsel to the 2 x 6' Christmas Trees
**possibly other smaller setup of items in the 8-10 x Large Storage Bins**
