Thank you for considering a volunteer position with the Girls Rule Foundation at our Shine Brightly Summit on Saturday, April 25th at Power Ranch Community Association in Gilbert, AZ.

Our volunteer team is made up of leaders and we have a culture of accountability and contribution.
*The Fabulous Four Leadership Agreements as a Volunteer*:
1. Customer Service - we are here to serve - focus on being of service.
2. Give EVERYONE a positive experience and environment that is encouraging & fun.
3. Master your role - Come ready to serve 100%! We need your A-GAME! Please ask questions if you do not understand your assignment.
4. Be on time. 7:55am Arrival time is a must. We count on you to be in the 8:00am volunteer meeting ready to roll. You can be early (we'll be there) but please, DO NOT BE LATE!
*Please do not apply for a volunteer position unless you are in agreement of the fabulous four and fully understand the expectations, schedule and culture of accountability in being a Girls Rule Volunteer. You set the whole tone for the day:)
ATTIRE: Please wear your Girls Rule T-shirts and pants/jeans/shorts that you can bend and lift appropriately with. Please no cut offs or short skirts.

ARRIVAL BY 7:55AM - Volunteer meeting, review of your roles & responsibilities.
SET UP @ 8:00-9:00 - Volunteers will set up their station with help from volunteer coordinator or committee cochairs.)
DOORS OPEN @ 9:00AM - Smile and get ready to rock!
PROGRAM ENDS @ 1:00PM - but wait their's more...
CLEAN UP - Usually we complete by 1:30PM (**volunteers are required to pack their station into the bin neatly)
***ALL Volunteers are required to stay until clean up.

We run this event with only the following 9 volunteers so it's really important that if you can not fulfill your role please let us know at least 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Your contribution, timeliness & positive energy is essential to the success of our program and to our attendees.
