Off Peak Nippers is an 8-week program running mid-week during Term 4 at Inverloch SLSC. To make this program safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly, we need the support of our volunteers across several roles.
Who can help?
Water Safety – Bronze Medallion and SRC holders.
Age Managers – Parents/guardians or members with relevant experience leading and supporting children.
Food Prep & Cook – Parents/guardians or members happy to assist with BBQ set-up and cooking.
Food Clean Up – Volunteers to help pack down and clean up after the BBQ.
Your role
Water Safety: Ensure children are safe and supervised in and around the water, assist with activities, and encourage participants.
Age Managers: Lead small age groups, support activity delivery, and provide guidance to participants.
Food Prep & Cook: Prepare and cook food for the family BBQ each week.
Food Clean Up: Assist with pack-down, washing up, and leaving the BBQ area clean.
Program details
Dates: Wednesday afternoons, Oct 15 – Dec 3 (excluding Oct 29)
Time: 4:30 – 5:45 PM (program), 5:45 – 6:15 PM (family BBQ)
Location: Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club
