2025 Saturday/Sunday Prasad(Lunch) Sponsorship signup sheet

Sri Saibaba Mandir invites devotees to sponsor Prasad(Lunch) for approximately 150 devotees on Saturdays (2 Sponsorship slots) / 50-60 devotees on Sundays (1 Sponsorship slot) with a suggested donation of $251.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE TWO SPONSORSHIP SLOTS ON SATURDAYS AND ONE ON SUNDAYS.

1. Devotees are requested to arrive at the Mandir before 9:00 AM for food preparation.
2. Sponsors are requested to prepare food with the guidance of Mandir volunteers, serve and clean up kitchen/dining areas. For safety reasons, a maximum of 6 people are allowed near the cooking area. No children are allowed in the kitchen.
3. The food prepared should be fresh, mild (not spicy) and should be vegetarian. No frying is allowed.
4. You are welcome to bring additional items to be offered as Naivedya and served to devotees as Prasad.
5. Please do talk with the volunteers, email the Mandir or call if you have any questions.

A REMINDER EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU 3-5 DAYS BEFORE AND A MANDIR CO-ORDINATOR WILL CONTACT YOU. NO SEPARATE SIGNUP CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT.

Cancellation: If you have to cancel your sponsorship for any reason, please email the Mandir.
