St. Raphael Food Pantry signup sheet

Monday evenings from 5:30-6:30 ( please arrive between 4:45-5:00). Please see a brief description of volunteer positions below:
Food Pick Up at NH Food Bank: This volunteer position is to pick up the food order at the NH Food Bank on East Industrial Drive, which is usually scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
Upstairs Greeters: This volunteer position asks that you interact with our neighbors upstairs while they wait for the pantry to open. Volunteers distribute numbers, which are given out at random after 4:30 p.m. Volunteers also provide our neighbors with the "item selection" sheet and support new guests with completing an intake form.
Database: This position requires some computer knowledge and utilizing our database to check in the guests that are visiting the pantry.
On the Floor: This position takes place where our neighbors shop for fresh items, including frozen meat, milk, eggs, breads, bakery items, and fruits or vegetables. Volunteers will support guests with selecting items as they move from one table to the next.
Baggers: This volunteer position takes place in the food pantry room where our nonperishable food items are stored. Volunteers will put together bags of food based on the items selected by our guests.
