All roles are simple, well-supported, and clearly guided on the day — no experience needed 😊
Most roles are only 1-2 hours. You can still enjoy the event before/after your shift.. All Friday and Saturday morning 'Main Street' Volunteers are asked to report to Harvest Corner, Minlaton, where you will receive your directions and allocated roles. All Saturday 'Town Oval' Volunteers are asked to report to the M150 HQ Tent (Yellow Tent) in front of the Show Building. Sunday Morning 'Main Street' Volunteers please report to Harvest Corner, Sunday Morning 'Gum Flat' Volunteers are asked to meet at the M150 HQ Tent (Yellow Tent) at Gum Flat Minlagawi.
