North Shore Art Crawl - October 3-4

Locations:

Kick-off Party location: The Pipe Shop - 115 Victory Ship Way, North Vancouver
1. MONOVA - 115 Esplanade W, North Vancouver
2. North Vancouver City Hall - 141 14th St W, North Vancouver
3. North Shore Women’s Centre - 131 E 2nd St, North Vancouver
4. Presentation House Theatre - 333 Chesterfield Ave, North Vancouver
5. Bravo Art Projects & Services - Entry from the ALLEY, 225 1st St E, North Vancouver
6. District Library – Lynn Valley Branch - 1277 Lynn Valley Rd, North Vancouver
7. CityScape Gallery - 335 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver

Duties
Shift 1:
- Assisting artists set-up if needed, but not expected to do any heavy lifting
- Become familiar with the venue (Bathroom location, emergency exits, accessible entrances, etc.)
- Assist in watching an artists’ station if they need to take a short break
- Keep count of how many visitors come to the venue by using the ‘Visitor Tally Sheet’
- Inform visitors of other Art Crawl locations in the area
- Inform visitors of North Van Arts programing

Shift 2:
- Become familiar with the venue (Bathroom location, emergency exits, accessible entrances, etc.)
- Assist in watching an artists’ station if they need to take a short break
- Continue count of how many visitors come to the venue by using the ‘Visitor Tally Sheet’
- Inform visitors of other Art Crawl locations in the area
- Inform visitors of North Van Arts programing
- Assist with take-down at the end of the event
