Andrews & McGlynn 6th Grade Dance signup sheet

The 6th Grade Dance will be on Friday, October 23, from 6-8PM in the McGlynn caf. We are in need of volunteers to help before, during, and after the dance, as well as donations of food and drinks to help make this a fun night for our sixth graders. All food items must be PEANUT-FREE and TREE NUT- FREE. Donations can be dropped off in the McGlynn PTO Room between 7:30am-3:00pm by Friday, October 23, OR in the Andrews Main Office between between 7:30am-3:00pm by Thursday, 10/22, and between 7:30am-12;00pm on Friday, 10/23. Donations can also be dropped off at the McGlynn before the dance between 5:00-6:00PM. Any help you can offer is truly appreciated. Thank you on behalf of the McGlynn and Andrews Middle School PTOs.

**All volunteers must have a CORI on file for the current school year. Please go to the school office with a valid photo ID during school hours to fill out a CORI form. They can take up to 2 weeks to process, so please complete a form at your earliest convenience. Thank you!**
