The 2025 Charles Coin Memorial and Mardi Bartlett Classic races presented by UQ Cycle Club will be contested on Saturday 6th September through roads south of Gatton. Registration and convoy marshalling will be at Lake Apex Park (Dennis Minson Drive).

Registration is at Lake Apex Park and the convoy marshalling will be at the same location along Dennis Minson Drive.

Convoys will require volunteers to provide their own cars (usually 3 per convoy) and other volunteers will ride as passengers. Scribes can assist commissaires by riding in their car and taking notes. Volunteers providing their own cars may request reimbursement for their fuel/charging costs.

All volunteers will be provided a meal by Grace Eats Catering and free entry to an upcoming UQCC crit.
