Thank you for volunteering at the MBA's Brewers Fall Rendezvous in Missoula on Friday, September 23rd! PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER UNLESS YOU'RE SURE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE. Volunteering is a lot of fun (as it should be!), but it is a commitment, and we need volunteers that are responsible and that will show up for their shift.
All volunteers receive a volunteer t-shirt, free admission, and a beer sampling glass. If you are working a later shift, you are more than welcome to check in early and enjoy the Rendezvous before your shift starts. Please note that this year we have added a new "Full Time Pourer" shift. Since this is a longer shift, you will have built in breaks so you too can enjoy the Rendezvous! Volunteers who work a date before the event will get one General Admission ticket on the Will Call List.
We love our volunteers and can't do it without you! THANKS. We love experienced volunteers.

Put up posters announcing all four brewers rendezvous for the year. We have a spreadsheet with poster locations, and this will take each person about three hours.
Immediately starting May 25th! Posters will be available to pickup at a local brewery.

Full Time Pourers - TIPS Certified Preferred but not required. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in (3:45pm) and plan to stay until 9pm. Since this is a longer shift, our "Floating Pourers" will be available to give you a break during your shift (so you can also enjoy some MT beer!).

Floating Pourers - TIPS Certified Preferred but not required. You're here to give the Full Time Pourers a break! You'll be pouring for multiple breweries and must be able to stay on task and a time schedule to ensure that everyone gets a break. You are also required to help breweries clean up and get out at the end of the night!
