S.L.A.M. Tree Planting with Friends of Shelby (Saturday, November 2nd from 9 to 11:30 AM) signup sheet
Join in on a fun Saturday morning volunteer event planting trees in Shelby Park! Friends of Shelby Executive Director Rebecca Ratz and Sarah Welz from Nashville Metro Water Services will be there to supervise. Friends of Shelby will provide all necessary tools and gloves. Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, long socks, and sun protection (sunscreen, hats, sunglasses). We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. Once you sign-up, more information will be sent to you via email as the project date approaches like where to park and what to expect.
