Community Clothing Closet Prep: Monday, July 14
Concert Day Of: Thursday, July 17th
Volunteer Role Descriptions:
**Clothing Closet - Receive and Sort clothing in advance of event at the Woody Guthrie Community Room, 5800 SE 91st Ave
**Clothing Closet - Loading/Unloading. Day of concert, help load sorted clothes into truck to bring to Glenwood Park, help unload (set-up optional!)
**Concert Activities Set-up Volunteer: Arrive early at the concert venue (Glenwood Park) to help set up the tables, tents, and activities (including community clothing closet). This role involves carrying items, setting up folding tables/chairs/pop-up-tents/trash cans
**Community Clothing Closet Volunteer: Encourage people to participate in the community clothing closet and explain the clothing closet (take what you need, free or donation-based). Help keep the clothes organized.
**Arts & Crafts Table Volunteer: Support artist lead with arts & crafts activity. Invite participation and help explain activity.
**Bubble Station. Make bubbles and bubble mix, help folks create bubbles of their own!
**East Portland Collective Table Volunteer: Staff the EPC table - give away snacks/water, talk about upcoming programming, and represent the organization. Collect digital donations via QR code.
**Clean-up Volunteer: Help with breakdown and clean-up of community clothing closet, tents, etc. after the event!
