2025 Bay County Fair YOUTH Sign Up

All Youth Exhibitors are required to work 1 shift (2 hours). Beginners are exempt (age 7 & under as of January 1). Failure to volunteer will result in loss of premiums. DO NOT sign up in a time slot you will be showing in!!! Please note that this year there are time slots open for Groups/Clubs this is intended for groups with SMALLER Youth (ages 8 & 9) to have adult supervision. YOUTH AGES 10 AND UP- You must sign up for an Individual Time Slot NOT as part of the Club. The Leader will sign up under their club name with their contact info. The leader's responsible for ensuring all youth in the group have completed the 2-hour requirement.
Please sign up for multiple shifts if possible. We will sign volunteer hour cards for High School Volunteer Hours.
