The annual ImHooked Great Outdoor Experience reaches over 1,000 families, bringing whole families onto the water, fishing together, and connecting with nature in a safe and relaxing space. WaterStrong volunteers play a key role at the event, leading the lifejacket fitting station, supporting the fishing and fish cleaning stations, and helping with food prep and overall event support. The event runs 7a - 5p on Saturday, June 6th at Hagg Lake Boat Ramp C.

Anyone 12+ can volunteer. Please stay for as long as you can, and lend a hand distributing lifejackets, hosting the WaterStrong outreach tent, supporting the fishing stations, etc.

As a WaterStrong volunteer, you’ll receive a WaterStrong t-shirt and gift card of appreciation, free camping passes and all meals served fresh on-site courtesy of our wonderful hosts and event leads ImHooked.

Bring friends and family members, camp out and play at the lake (bring gear for swimming, biking, fishing, boating, relaxing) It’s fun!
