Registration: 2-3 people (name, waivers, direct trail pass customers to HH, give out bibs, prepare record lists)

Start Line release: 3 people (1 person to do gate/release, 1 person to mark time, 1 person to organize skiers in line up order)

Finish Line: 6 people (two teams of 3 for bib recorder, bib caller, & time recorder).

Finish Steward: 1-2 people (get bibs off and direct skiers for a cool down or to Kinsmen Centre for hot drink)
