ACS Starlight Soiree 2023 - Ballroom/Dinner Program/Dinner Cleanup signup sheet
The event is being held at the Museum of Science and Curiosity. MOSAC (visitmosac.org)
Parking will be covered by the event.
Dress code will be nice/cocktail attire.
Ballroom/Dinner Program Duties:
Dinner Program Volunteers assist with dinner activities.
Live Auction
-Point at bidders that have raised hands and get the auctioneer’s attention.
-Stay with the winning bidder until the runner has them sign the acknowledgement form.
-Take clipboard with form for recently purchased Live Auction item to “winner” to have them fill out form (name, bidder number); run clipboard to checkout for entry; repeat
Cancer Challenge
-Write down bid numbers for each level of donation and take log to registration/check out for sales entry
