2024 ScotFest BC - June 15, 2024 - BC Highland Games and City of Vancouver Championship signup sheet

HERITAGE STAGE: 8:30 am - 12 noon (Beginner, Novice, Intermediate)
MAIN STAGE: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Championship, Primary, Primary Debut, Premier National)
50/50 Fundraiser Draw: Friday evening (~5-7pm), Saturday (~9am - 8pm)

All volunteer shift times will be confirmed at the close of entries.

Numbers - Check for current RSOBHD registration cards and distribute competitor numbers. Complete temporary cards and forms (~1hr)
Platform Signs - Change stage signs during the competition (~3hrs)
Line Up - Arrange dancers in correct order and assist them to platform (~3hrs)
Awards - Distribute medals/awards (~30 mins)
Runner - Take the judge’s scoring sheets after the end of each category to the scoring area (~3hrs)
Cleanup - Taking down tables, signs, cleaning, etc. Ensuring venue has no garbage, recycling, or lost items left (~30min - 1 hour)
