Foire Fantastique 2025 - Volunteer Sign up: June 12 (Rain Date: June 13)

It’s time to celebrate another great school year! Sunningdale’s year-end Foire Fantastique will be held on Thursday, June 12 from 5 pm to 8 pm. (rain date: Friday, June 13). This year’s event will feature food and lots of fun activities, including inflatables, silent auction, the Sunningdale Snack Shack, Art show and music!



We require many volunteers to make this event a success for our students and families. Volunteers are currently needed to help on the day of the event – the volunteer schedule is in organized in shifts, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the fair with your family. We need all the help we can get and would be grateful if you would consider more than one shift, but please choose whichever volunteer shift(s) work for you. If a volunteer area or time is full, you are welcome to contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Please be reminded that all volunteers must have a Criminal Background Check (which includes a vulnerable sector screening) on file at the school and, for subsequent years, have signed the HDSB's Annual Offence Declaration form.
