Welcome to the December 10, 2021 virtual FunD Raffle!
HOW THIS FORM WORKS:
All items listed below will be given away on December 10, 2021 during a Virtual FunD Raffle Party that starts at 11:30am.
Select the items you would like a chance to win by clicking "sign up". To sign up for multiple spots per item (which you can certainly do), you'll have to submit multiple sign-ups for the number of spots you want to claim. Example... if you want to sign up for 2 spots on the Yeti cooler, click the signup link two separate times and fill in your name both times, claiming 2 of the 30 available spots. You can claim as many spots as you would like as long as there are spots available. There are amazon links included in some of the item descriptions, to check out the item, copy and paste the Amazon link into a new browser tab.
Again, we are using a volunteer platform, so the language doesn't quite align, but it still should work as it did before.
HOW TO DONATE:
Once you have completed the form, you will make a donation to the FunD committee. You can give cash/check directly to Gordon Peterman or use one of the following platforms:
Venmo: Send donation to @HealthWest
Paypal: Send donation to brian.speer@healthwest.net (please use the "FRIENDS AND FAMILY" option and not "business", to help avoid fees)
Cashapp: Send donation to $HealthWest
ITEMS CLOSING OR OPEN SPOTS:
Once the items are full, they will show that there are no more "volunteer spots" available. In the event that an insufficient numbers of spots are filled, the item could be converted to a cash prize.
