The AWAIC shelter has requested the service of the Aurora Borealis Commissioned Officers Association to volunteer for their biggest annual fundraiser, Silent Nights, Starry Nights Gala. The Gala will take place at the Captain Cook Hotel on Saturday, November 5. Volunteers are needed in the following area: Raffle Sales. All volunteers must be 21 (+). Parking will not be included. Food will be provided. Part-time volunteer shifts are available- please contact Caitlin Sawicki directly at 907-743-5727, caitlin_s@awaic.org. If you are interested in serving as a "Team Leader" for an activity, contact LT Kimberly Smith at kjsmith@anthc.org (W) 907-729-3498 or (C) (317) 224-8159. Team Leaders will be required to attend a short orientation before the night of the Gala.The Uniform of the Day: Service Dress Blue.
