AM Door: Collect entrance fees: 7:45am - start of morning dancing
AM Lineup: Lineup dancers for their dances: 8:45am - end of morning dancing
AM Runner: Collect the judges sheets from theater and bring them to the scrutineers: 9:00am - end of morning dancing
AM Scoring: Enter judges scores for dancers into computer system: 9:00am - end of dancing
AM Platform Signs: Adjust signs in the theater: 9:00 - end of morning dancing
AM Awards: Hand out awards for morning dancers: once morning dancing is completed
PM Dancers: Pre-Premier (includes Beginner, Novice, and Intermediate)
PM Door: Collect entrance fees: 11:15am- start of afternoon dancing
PM Lineup: Lineup dancers for their dances: 12:00pm - end of afternoon dancing
PM Runner: Collect the judges sheets from theater and bring them to the scrutineers: 12:15pm - end of afternoon dancing
AM Scoring: Enter judges scores for dancers into computer system: 12:15 pm - end of dancing
PM Platform Signs: Adjust signs in the theater: 12:15pm - end of afternoon dancing
PM Awards: Hand out awards for afternoon dancers: All morning awards including Primary
