2026 YXH Good Friday Service at Co-Op Place signup sheet

Thank you for signing up to volunteer for our annual Good Friday service, happening at 10am, April 3, 2026. On behalf of the Medicine Hat Evangelical Association we want to extend our deepest gratitude for your assistance making this event a success year after year. We could not do it without you! It is an honour to connect together as the Church of Medicine Hat and remember the sacrifice of our Lord with one another.

Note: This year service starts at 10am, doors open at 9am. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time to put your items down and be ready for our meeting at the designated time and place.

Serving Area Descriptions:
USHERS: Section Hosts - Help seat guests, answer questions, pass offering buckets and cleanup buckets after communion
GREETERS: For all Pastors, Clergy, and Ministry Leaders - greet and welcome guests into the building and hand out communion upon entrance.
INFORMATION: Be available before, during, and after service to help direct guests to the Mothers Room or answering any questions.
MOTHERS ROOM: Supervision and support during the service. Our hope is to have a minimum of 2 for worship and 2 for service so no one has to sit out of the entire service.
CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY HANDOUT: Hand out special kids activity bags at the entrance to kids/their parents as guests enter.
GIVING TABLES: Help process offering debit/credit using Square and give information about the Evangelical Association of Medicine Hat.
OFFERING COUNTERS: After the service, assist the Lead Counter with accurately counting and recording all giving. Lunch Provided.
