EPFA Bingo @ WEM, Saturday, February 7, 2026 signup sheet

For any questions please contact fundraising@supportingelmwoodschool.org.

Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 5pm

Location: Caesar’s Bingo, WEM, 1450 - 8882 170 St NW Edmonton, Alberta T5T 4M2

Position Descriptions:

Office/Low mobility - sit or minimal standing positions to help support the volunteers who are on the sales floor.

Sales/High mobility - ranges from a casual walk to energizing step challenge (wear comfy walking shoes). Use your best outdoor voice to call back bingos, or compete to see who can sell the most humorously named balls.

Office/Low mobility late night - stay after the bingo hall closes to stuff and address envelopes. These two volunteer positions earn us a full extra bingo pool ($$).

Back-up - fills in if someone calls out. Please sign up if you are able to fill in on short notice as we may be calling the day of.

All positions are supported by the bingo hall employees, who are used to working with volunteers new to the bingo hall (the staff at Caesars are truly awesome)! The hall is smoke free, and does not have mall through traffic. Volunteers are required to remain in the hall for the duration of the event.

If you wish to bring a snack/meal, please note there is no fridge or microwave. There is a snack bar with meals available for purchase at your own expense (cash or debit).

Without a full slate of volunteers each bingo, we risk losing our spot at Caesars. We greatly appreciate our volunteers :)
