DSACC Breakfast with Santa 2025 Volunteers signup sheet

Thank you for for volunteering your time to help support DSACC's Breakfast with Santa on Saturday December 13, 2025 at Dave & Buster's Fresno! There are two seperate seatings for our guests at 9:00am and 10:30am and we are seeking volunteers for the following roles and shifts below. The 1st Shift will be from 8:30-10:30am to allow for setup/preparation before guests arrive and the 2nd Shift will be from 10:15-12:15 to allow for overlap and clean up at the end.

Check-in Team:
Welcome families, Check registration, Hand out wristbands and event info

Craft Stations:
Paper Plate Masks Station (Crafts: Santa, elf, reindeer, tree, or star)
Ornament-Making Station (Make-your-own ornaments using various materials)
Snowflake Station (Cutting and decorating paper snowflakes)

Santa Photography Area:
Line Management (Organize line, Prepare families for pictures)
Photo Printing & Assembly (Print photos, Assemble into keepsake cards)

Gift-Giving Area:
Organize gifts by age/gender, Assist children in selecting their gift, Keep flow moving smoothly

Sensory Area:
Help kids engage, Monitor, set up, and break down the area

Face Painting Area:
2 face painters, OR 1 painter + 1 line helper
