2019 HSS Crab Feed Desserts Volunteer Sign Up Sheet

Hello Holy Spirit School Families,

Our biggest school event and fundraising is approaching soon, Kindly, SAVE THE DATE: 2019 HSS Crab Feed and Auction, March 23, 2019, Saturday from 4pm to 11pm. A part of HSS Spirit Crab Feed Celebration is the biggest Auction. We would like to ask your help and support once again to donate desserts to be auctioned off during the school's Crab Feed. The Crab Feed Committee is requesting for donations of cakes, cupcakes and pies for the desserts auction. Please, avoid donating cookies or donuts this year. Both home made and store bought desserts will be accepted for donations. In return, you will be awarded with parent hours for any $25 worth of desserts donations is equivalent to one hour parent credit.

Our school's Crab Feed theme this year is Mardi Gras, we are happy to receive Mardi Gras decorated home baked dessert or store bought desserts but it's not necessary to submit your donations. Please, include any food contained allergens on your description of the desserts when submitting your donations. We will start accepting desserts donation at 12 noon through 3pm at HSS Parish Gym the day of the event. The crab feed starts at 4pm. NO dessert donations will be accepted after the start of event. Table space is limited and we would love to give every desserts donation a special room on the table for the auction. Thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter. There will be a separate parent Volunteer sign in sheet which you will find on the desserts auction table on the right hand side of the stage. Please write your name, your children's grade, the name and description of the desserts you are bringing and the credit hour/s. This form will be turned in to the office for parent volunteer hours. PLEASE! Do not sign in to the Parish Gym Kitchen Parent Volunteer Sign up Sheet for desserts donations. They are specifically meant for parent volunteers helping at the event, bar, decorations, kitchen, setting up, etc. You will find Antonette Solorio and myself by the dessert table the day of the event when you're dropping off your cakes, pies, etc. We will be happy to receive your donations and answer any questions you may have for us in regards to Crab Feed Desserts Auction. Please let us know if you have any questions at all or if you wish for us to return your container or dessert dish back, please indicate it on the sign up sheet and write your name on the baking dish. We will try our best to keep them for you and drop them off to office for you to pick up the following school day.

Please sign in below with your name, description of your desserts (eg. home bake- mango cake or 2 dozens chocolate cupcakes from Amia's bakeshop), if you're undecided what to bring or bake, it's totally fine, you can always email us a week before the Crab Feed to give us a short description of your desserts donation.
