End of event pack down crew: Pack down Marquees – remove signs & lighting and take them to The Hub for safe keeping. - Collapse marquees and take them to the ground floor of the Peter Doherty Theatre. - Pack down trestle tables and stack chairs. Take them to the ground floor of the PDT.

Oval rubbish pickup: - Get gloves and garbage bags from The Hub. - Pickup any rubbish left on the oval so that it is safe from the local creek and we have a tidy school again.

Picnic rugs pack down: Collect the picnic rugs from the oval. Fold those that are clean and place them into the storage boxes at The Hub. Any that need cleaning put them aside in a box so that they can be picked up and cleaned down tomorrow.
