Bon Jovi Tribute Band Concert signup sheet
We truly appreciate your support and as a thank you we'd like to invite you to join us after your shift and enjoy the concert. Here is more information about the volunteer opportunities. If you sign up, please note that someone will reach out to you on Thursday, July 30th with more information about your particular shift. Thanks again!
Parking:
Library Parking:
- 1 person to check parking permits.
- 1 person to assist with handicapped parking.
- 1 person to assist with VIP parking.
Mary's Parkway Parking:
- 1 person at the intersection of Mary's Pkwy and Howard Road to direct traffic.
- Others will assist cars in parking backward and diagonally for easier exit.
Check-In:
- 2 volunteers to check people in using the app.
- 1 volunteer to distribute wristbands.
-This group will also sell tickets to walk-up attendees during the event.
VIP Section Monitoring:
- Ensure only individuals with permitted wristbands enter the VIP area.
Post-Event Cleanup:
- Responsibilities include cleaning off tables, folding chairs, and any other necessary tasks.
General Guidelines:
- Arrival Time: All volunteers should arrive at their designated spots 10-15 minutes prior to their shift.
- Comfort Essentials: Please bring water, chairs, and any items you need to stay cool and comfortable.
- Parking for Volunteers:We do not have designated volunteer parking, but parking on Mary's Pkwy is recommended.
